Visualization launches AV Mastery Training Series to educate and develop industry professionals in 2025

January 21, 2025

We are proud to announce a year-long training initiative designed to educate AV professionals with comprehensive, agnostic learning opportunities.

This innovative programme is designed to equip AV professionals with the skills and knowledge required to excel in a rapidly evolving industry. Covering a wide range of disciplines, the series will focus on practical and technical areas such as rack building, LED technology for sales professionals, cable termination, advanced network design, sustainable AV practices, projector blending, and mastering digital signal processing (DSP).

Inspired by the success of its internal Digital Application Technician (DAT) programme, this initiative reflects Visualization’s commitment to fostering technical expertise within the AV channel. The DAT programme, which has already trained and transitioned over 30 individuals into technical roles, combines hands-on experience with classroom and online learning, becoming a benchmark for developing skilled resources and driving innovation in AV.

The AV Mastery Training Series extends this ethos to the wider industry, offering free of charge, agnostic training that is accessible to AV professionals from all backgrounds. By focusing on practical application and advanced techniques, the programme aims to educate participants to deliver exceptional solutions and explore new opportunities within the AV sector.

Nick Pidgeon, Managing Director of Visualization, commented: "The launch of the AV Mastery Training Series is a significant step in our ongoing commitment to the AV industry. With our newly expanded facilities, we are now in a stronger position to provide comprehensive, hands-on training that directly supports both our partners and the wider AV community. This initiative is not only about enhancing technical skills, but also about creating a space where industry professionals can develop the expertise needed to better serve their customers and the AV channel. We believe that by offering this high-quality education, we can help drive innovation and ensure that the industry continues to thrive."
