There has been lots going on internally for Visualization in regards to training. Workshop manager Gavin & wireman Dave have undertaken the introduction to CAD design course with CEDIA on 21st October 2015. This will enable them to update as built schematics upon rack build completion amongst many more opportunities to develop their use of AutoCAD software.
This month, Devon from the installation team will be undertaking a PRINCE2 certification course to enable him to improve project managment skills. He has been busy revising in preparation for the course and is looking forward to putting his learning into practice.
Further to our previous blog from April, wireman and assistant workshop manager Tom has now successfully completed the CEDIA Advanced Residential Networking course. This is following on from the previous Residential Networking and Wireless Residential Networking courses he had attended at the CEDIA Networking School earlier this year. As Tom begins to practice his new learning skills, we are now looking at how we can utilise this wtihin the business.
Finally, as we are now Infocomm International members, all staff members will be trained to AVT level. We will also be looking into further Infocomm courses which are relevant for the team.
