Neale brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous hands on technical focused roles where he has been worn many hats, including service engineer and head of managed services with a 20-year history at Reflex Ltd.
A hands-on person, Neale is excited to be back in the world of AV after a career change six years ago. He loves the ethos of Visualization and has worked with Nick & Gavin in the past, so he already feels at home and we are proud to have him on board.
It is safe to say Neale is football crazy and is a season ticket holder to his beloved Wycombe Wanderers, which he attends with his two boys in his spare time. Also, a fully qualified FA football coach, he trains a local boys’ team twice a week.
